If the product is defective or Bloom &amp; Grace shipped the wrong item, Bloom &amp; Grace pays return shipping.<\/p>\n<p>Custom flower gifts, specified colour palettes or sizes, corporate commissions and other products made to customer requirements enter production once payment is completed.
