關於花材Flowers & Seasonal Availability
我們依當季花材與當日供應，搭配你選擇的色系與風格。商品照片為設計參考，每束花的花材與姿態會略有不同；商品頁明確標示的主花或指定花材，則依商品說明與訂單確認內容安排。
若有特別喜歡或希望避開的花材，歡迎訂購前透過官方 LINE 與我們討論，確認後再下單。
母親節、情人節等節慶期間，花材選擇、接單截止日與取花安排，會另於當年度節慶公告及相關商品頁說明，請在下單前確認。
付款Payment
網站提供信用卡與銀行轉帳。選擇轉帳者，請於下單後完成付款；本店確認款項後安排製作。
從國外訂購或使用海外發卡信用卡前，建議先透過官方 LINE 聯絡確認。詳見 付款方式。
退換貨Returns & Refunds
鮮花、客製花禮、永生花、乾燥花及花器的退換條件不同，請在付款前閱讀 退款和退貨政策。
若收到商品有瑕疵、配送錯誤或嚴重損壞，請依該政策提供照片並聯絡我們。

Before placing an order with Bloom & Grace, please check the product page for flower details, lead time, and available pickup or delivery methods. Flowers vary by season and supply; refer to the product description and confirmed order for the applicable details.
Flowers and seasonal availability
Product photos show the intended style. Flower varieties and shapes may vary with seasonal availability; any main or specified flowers stated on the product page follow the product description and confirmed order. Please contact us before ordering if you have flower preferences or flowers to avoid. Holiday-specific flower options, order deadlines and pickup arrangements will be announced for each season.
Payment
We offer credit card payment and bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, complete it after placing the order; we begin preparing your flowers once payment is confirmed.
Pickup, delivery and changes
Available pickup, local delivery and shipping options depend on the product and timing. Please refer to the delivery information and product page. For changes or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
Returns and refunds
Return conditions differ for fresh flowers, custom arrangements, preserved flowers, dried flowers and vases. Please read the Returns & Refunds Policy before payment.
