我們如何使用資料
曦之工作室（英文名稱 And Grace Co.，以 Bloom & Grace 品牌經營 bloomngrace2025.com；以下稱「本店」）使用您提供的資料處理網站購物、花禮製作、取貨配送及客服。

蒐集的資料與用途
當您建立帳號、下單或聯絡本店時，我們會依您使用的功能取得姓名、電話、電子郵件、帳單與配送地址、訂單與付款狀態、商品及卡片或訂單備註、客服訊息，以及帳號登入資料。
這些資料用於建立和管理帳號、確認付款、製作與交付花禮、通知訂單進度、處理售後服務及保存交易紀錄。若您另行訂閱電子郵件訊息，您的電子郵件也會用於寄送訂閱內容。
網站及購物車可能使用 Cookie 和必要的技術紀錄，以維持登入、購物車與結帳功能，並了解網站使用情形。
資料提供對象與處理地區
為完成交易，我們會視所選服務將必要資料提供給付款服務商、配送或宅配業者，以及協助網站託管、電子郵件和網站營運的服務商。
透過 LINE 等外部服務聯絡時，該服務也依其隱私權政策處理您在其平台提供的資料。資料主要供本店在台灣處理；外部服務商可能依其服務所在地處理資料。
保留期間與您的權利
資料於處理訂單、客服、帳務及法定紀錄所需期間保留。網站目前未設定 WooCommerce 帳號與訂單的自動清除期限。
您可寄信至 bloomngrace2025@gmail.com 請求查詢、閱覽、更正或依法刪除您的個人資料；我們會核對身分及資料保存義務後處理。
若不提供完成訂單所需的聯絡、付款或配送資料，可能無法提供相應服務。本政策會隨網站功能或資料處理方式變動而更新，更新版本將公布於本頁。
LINE 會員登入與訂單通知
您選擇 LINE 登入並於 LINE 授權頁同意後，本店會取得 LINE 使用者識別碼、顯示名稱、頭像與您授權提供的電子郵件，用於建立及登入官網會員、辨識帳號與處理訂單聯絡。您也可以選擇一般會員登入或訪客結帳。
若您於結帳時另行勾選 LINE 訂單通知，本店會透過 Bloom & Grace 官方 LINE 傳送該筆訂單的狀態訊息，並將必要的使用者識別碼與通知內容提供給 LINE 以完成傳送。請先加入官方帳號；封鎖或未加入可能無法收到訊息。本項授權不包含行銷訂閱。您可不勾選，或透過本頁聯絡方式請求停止通知及處理您的會員資料。

How we use information
And Grace Co. (曦之工作室) operates bloomngrace2025.com under the Bloom & Grace brand. We use information you provide to operate the online shop, prepare floral orders, arrange pickup or delivery, and respond to inquiries.
Information and purposes
When you create an account, place an order or contact us, we receive information relevant to that activity, including contact, billing, delivery, order and customer-service information. We use it to manage accounts, confirm payment, prepare and deliver orders, send updates, handle support and maintain transaction records.
Service providers and locations
To complete an order, we share necessary information with payment, delivery, hosting, email and site-operation providers. External services such as LINE process information under their own privacy policies.
LINE login and order updates
If you choose LINE login and consent on LINE’s authorization screen, we receive your LINE user ID, display name, profile picture and authorized email address to create and sign in to your store account and handle order communication. Regular account login and guest checkout remain available.
If you separately opt in to LINE order updates at checkout, we share the necessary LINE user ID and order-status message with LINE to deliver updates through the Bloom & Grace official account. Add the official account as a friend; delivery may fail if it is blocked or not added. This does not subscribe you to marketing. You can leave the option unchecked or contact us to stop updates and request account-data changes.
Retention and your choices
We retain information as needed for orders, support, accounting and legally required records. Email bloomngrace2025@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
