Information is retained for as long as needed for order processing, customer service, accounting and legally required records. The website currently has no automatic deletion period set for WooCommerce accounts and orders.

If you do not provide the contact, payment or delivery information needed to fulfil an order, we may be unable to provide the corresponding service. This policy will be updated when website features or data processing practices change. Updated versions will be published on this page.

LINE Member Login & Order Notifications

If you choose LINE login and agree on the LINE authorisation page, we will receive your LINE user ID, display name, profile image and the email address you authorise LINE to share. These are used to create and sign in to your website membership account, identify your account and contact you about orders. You may also use standard member login or guest checkout.

If you separately opt in to LINE order notifications at checkout, we will send status messages for that order through the Bloom & Grace official LINE account and provide LINE with the necessary user ID and notification content to deliver them. Please add our official account first. You may not receive messages if you block or have not added the account. This authorisation does not include marketing subscriptions. You may leave the option unchecked, or use the contact details on this page to request that notifications stop and your member data be handled.
