Frequently Asked Questions
How far ahead should I order a standing flower basket?
Please provide the event date and preferred delivery window so the florist can confirm production availability. Enquire early for specific flowers or special colour palettes.
Can I request fan-support colours and specific flowers?
Share your preferred colours and flowers so the florist can confirm seasonal availability and a quote. If availability changes, flowers and materials of similar colours and equal value will be used.
Can you deliver to Taipei Dome or performance venues?
First, confirm whether the event accepts flowers, along with the designated receiving location, size limits and access and removal arrangements. The florist will then assess delivery. Not every event accepts flower baskets.
Will the finished arrangement look exactly like the illustration?
Bloom uses photographs of actual shop arrangements. Grace and Terra use AI-generated design illustrations. Each arrangement is made with seasonal flowers to suit the budget and venue needs, keeping the agreed colours and overall style. Flower shapes and placement will vary.
May flowers and light accompany every new beginning.
