Different flowers need different care. A few simple steps can help flowers and plants stay in your space for longer.

Keep the Water Clean
Clean the vase first, use clean fresh water and change it regularly to prevent rapid bacterial growth.
Trim the Stems
When changing the water, you can cut approximately 1–2 cm off the stems at an angle to help the flowers take up water again.
Avoid Heat & Direct Sunlight
Keep flowers in a cool, ventilated place away from direct sunlight, air-conditioning outlets and appliances that give off heat.
Natural Changes
Fresh flowers gradually open, droop or fade according to their variety and the season. These changes are part of their natural character.
Preserved & Dried FlowersPreserved & Dried Flowers
No Water Needed
Preserved and dried flowers do not need water. Avoid contact with water and highly humid environments.
Avoid Direct Sunlight
Prolonged sun exposure may cause fading. We recommend a dry, cool indoor space out of direct sunlight.
Dust Gently
Use a soft brush or cool air on a low setting to remove surface dust. Avoid handling the petals roughly.
Changes Over Time
Even after preservation, natural flowers may show slight changes in colour and texture over time.

Light and watering needs vary by plant variety. On arrival, check the moisture of the potting soil and the placement conditions. We do not recommend watering every day on a fixed schedule.
Most indoor plants suit bright indirect light and good ventilation. If specific care instructions are included, follow the guidance for that variety first.
