Even on a busy day, you can bring a bouquet home at night.
Evening pickup can be booked for 19:00–23:30. Please contact us in advance throughOfficial LINEto confirm the flowers, date and time before ordering and paying. Once payment and handover arrangements are confirmed, wait for the “Ready for Pickup” notification before coming. Evening pickup is currently unavailable on Tuesdays.

Local Delivery in TaipeiLocal Delivery
For fresh bouquets and flower gifts whose complete shape needs to be preserved, we recommend store pickup or courier delivery.
Delivery fees vary by area. Available delivery methods are as shown at checkout.
Black Cat Home DeliveryHome Delivery
Black Cat delivery is available only for preserved flowers, dried flowers and products clearly marked as shippable.

Fresh flowers are natural materials. To avoid damage in transit, some large, specially shaped or custom flower gifts may be available only for store pickup or courier delivery.
If your order's delivery method needs to change, we will contact you to confirm.
Please confirm that the recipient can receive the flowers that day. If the building management office will receive them, let us know in advance and confirm that it can accept fresh flowers.
If no one is present to receive the flowers and no one can accept them on the recipient’s behalf, we will contact the purchaser to coordinate. If a second delivery is needed because no one was available, an additional delivery fee will apply and the delivery time will be reconfirmed.
During busy periods such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, delivery dates and time slots will be announced separately. For time-slot deliveries, flowers will arrive within the selected window. An exact time within that window cannot be specified. For example, choosing 10:00–13:00 does not mean you can request arrival at 12:00. If you have an important event or dining reservation, please confirm with us before ordering.
