Flower Materials
• Every piece is handmade, so flower shapes and placement will vary slightly.
• If a variety is unavailable, our florist will adjust the arrangement using flowers in the same colour palette with similar shapes and proportions, preserving the original design mood.
Fresh Flower Care
• Keep in a cool, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and direct air-conditioning airflow.
• After removing the wrapping, trim the stems and place them in a clean vase. Change the water regularly.
• Vase life varies with the flower varieties, bloom openness and storage environment.

Please choose from the dates and time slots available at checkout. Book delivery at least one day ahead. For urgent same-day orders, earlier pickup or evening pickup by appointment, please confirm through our official LINE account first.
Delivery
• Store pickup is available at Bloom & Grace.
• Local courier delivery can be arranged in Taipei City and New Taipei City. Actual service areas and fees are as shown at checkout.
• Fresh flowers cannot be shipped by Black Cat.
Greeting Card
Add a greeting card for NT$60. Each order with a discounted merchandise total of NT$2,000 or more, excluding delivery and card fees, receives one complimentary card.
