How to Collect Your Flowers
- Choose your late-night ready-to-go flower gift and add it to your cart. At checkout, select “Log in with LINE” to sign in. Pickup notifications will be sent through our official LINE account.
- Select “Store Pickup” and your “Late-Night Ready-to-Go Pickup” date and time, then complete credit card payment. Bank transfer is not available for late-night ready-to-go orders.
- A partner shop assists with evening handover. Once your flowers are ready, the pickup location will be provided in our official LINE “Ready for Pickup” notification. Follow the directions and show your order number.
Late-Night Pickup Information
These are finished, ready-to-go arrangements. Customisation, changes to flowers or wrapping, and on-site exchanges are not available. For specific flowers, colours or wrapping, please speak with our florist during regular hours first.
The partner shop only collects prepared arrangements from our flower shop, checks them and hands them over. On-site selection and floral consultations are not available.
For changes, cancellations or refunds, please contact our official LINE account so the florist can confirm progress. Submitting a request does not mean a cancellation or refund has been completed.
Preserved Flower Care
Keep in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. No watering is needed. Gently wipe the outside of the glass dome with a soft, dry cloth.
