Late-Night Pickup Information
These are finished, ready-to-go arrangements. Customisation, changes to flowers or wrapping, and on-site exchanges are not available. For specific flowers, colours or wrapping, please speak with our florist during regular hours first.
Product images are a style reference. Please refer to the photos of the available arrangement confirmed before ordering.
The partner shop only collects prepared arrangements from our flower shop, checks them and hands them over. On-site selection and floral consultations are not available.
For changes, cancellations or refunds, please contact our official LINE account so the florist can confirm progress. Submitting a request does not mean a cancellation or refund has been completed.
Flower Gift Care
Keep in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. No watering is needed. Avoid squeezing or pulling the flowers. If there is a glass dome, gently wipe its exterior with a soft, dry cloth.
